Steven Epstein

Steven Epstein is a recognized industry expert in a wide range of technologies and Internet knowledge; including, but not limited to, effective online marketing/branding techniques and web analytics.

An award winning realtor for the past decade, Steven has deep industry knowledge and experience in utilizing proven online marketing techniques,  automated processes, and virtual office technology to further his success as well as the careers of his clients. He is an active member of the CyberStars®, an elite International organization of over 220 top Real Estate professionals who use technology to facilitate better communications and customer service. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park and is currently finishing a Masters Degree of Information Systems Management (Information Security) from Keller Graduate School of Business. He is also an active member of the Web Analytics Association, as well as GCAAR/MAR/NAR.


Steven is the developer/founder of LISTINGDOCS.com® - the first website to post listing information online with automated notifications and detailed tracking to help listing agents close more transactions. Over 6,000 agents, including top selling Realtors® across the country, currently utilize his LISTINGDOCS® system. His newest online tracking tool (Trackomatic) will be released in the coming months, and will surely revolutionize sales worldwide with its automation and simplicity.


In order to share his expertise with his colleagues in the industry, Steven has created the TechnoRealty™ designation and series of educational programs; which provide a guide to cutting edge technology and online marketing tools, that can be implemented to achieve greater success and help agents acquire the competitive edge needed to excel in their marketplace. His unique approach to teaching, as well as his decade of experience selling real estate, provides a customized road map and implementation guide for effective utilization.

Wendy O'Neil

Wendy O'Neil has worked in the public sector and private industry for many years.  She utilizes her skills, work ethic, achievements and endless energy to assist military veterans and their families in interviewing techniques, job placement, resume writing and financial assistance.  Having been a military dependent for over 17, she has first-hand knowledge and understanding of the challenges that military family life presents.   Her insight of the day to day needs of the soldiers and their dependents gives her the distinctive ability to assist them with their issues.

While growing up in Louisiana, Alabama and Texas, Wendy was an age group Jr. Olympic swimming qualifier, state qualifier /record holder and played on a Jr. Olympic Volleyball team.  While attending college on a volleyball scholarship, Wendy was selected All-Conference and served as team captain. During the 1996 Olympics Wendy served as the Mayor of Columbus, GA liaison between the city and the U.S. Olympic Softball Committee.  Wendy is a former classroom teacher, coach and has worked with special needs children.

Wendy holds an Undergraduate Degree in Recreation Management and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Columbus University in Columbus, GA.

In her spare time she volunteers as volleyball coach at the local Middle School, participates in tri-athelons, enjoys boating and fishing.  She is the mother of two active teenage boys.
